The "Haven Play Pass" is not required but some Haven services do require the pass, see FAQ for which services require the pass.

Facilities i.e. restaurants, bars and shops onsite are feely accessible to all holiday makers however; Haven activities, swimming and entertainment require "Haven play passes" to access. These are only available to buy directly from Haven with an extra charge. Haven will contact guests when arrival dates have been booked with an option to purchase passes.
"Haven Play pass" prices are subject to change, the prices below are correct as of the 01/02/2023:
*Child pass is applicable from 4-15 years old; children under 4 do not require a pass.
