Our deluxe caravan is situated on the edge of Haven Perran Sands holiday park, which is approx. 1 mile from Perranporth. It overlooks the golf course and has distant sea views. It was purchased brand new in 2019.

The caravan is an 8-berth consisting of:

• Livingroom

• Kitchen

• 2 bathrooms (1 shower room)

• 1 Double bedroom (with TV)

• 1 Double or twin  bedroom

• 1 Twin room

• Decking area

It is double glazed and central heated with an electric coal effect fire. There are two separate W.C.’s-one with wash basin and the other with wash basin and shower. 

There is a spacious, well-equipped kitchen which includes-kettle, toaster, integrated combination microwave, full size gas oven and hob, fridge freezer and coffee maker (Dolce Gusto). There is an iron and table top ironing board. The lounge has an L-shaped sofa, T.V. and dining area. A wooden trunk style coffee table stores a wide variety of family games. There is a lovely outside decked area with table and chairs to enjoy the view.

Duvets and pillows are provided. You will need to bring your own bedding-i.e. sheets, duvet covers and pillowcases. You will also need to bring your own towels.

Cleaning:

We do not hire cleaners and therefore part of hiring our caravan is an agreement that you will clean it properly before you leave. The expectation is that you will leave it in the same condition as when you arrive. All cleaning materials are provided. Please empty the hoover before you leave and take your rubbish to the bin store, which is located on the main road near to the caravan. The return of your deposit relies on the caravan being left in a clean and tidy manner.

Checking in and checking out times:

Check in: 3 pm on day of arrival.

Check out: Midday on day of departure.
